This was tricky.  First I created a jig that allowed me to shape the ends of the curved mother-of-pearl to mate to each other seamlessly.  Then decided to add multiple layers of purfling (the white and black strips) to highlight the shell.  This required very fine adjustments to the routed circle.  Really love the Stew-Mac router holder and circle jig.  Enables fine adjustments to easily  0.005″.
