Prepped the neck over the past 2 days. I liked how the recent Concert uke’s neck came out so decided to replicate it for this Tenor. One difference is in the use of Lacewood for the “racing stripe”. Because lacewood’s beauty requires some width to reflect its “lacy-ness”, I went with a larger center portion. This required slightly larger yellowheart side stripe to create balance. The yellowheart segment in the heel stack will create a nice sweep once shaped.
